Today's good thing

Today's good thing: it really wasn't work, even though work wasn't awful, just... long.

I actually made dinner tonight. On a Wednesday, I know, how did that happen? I started with a chicken/pasta/parmesan cheese recipe and adapted it. I browned a pound of grown beef and... about half an onion? I mixed it with a jar of Ragu traditional past sauce, to which I had added a little garlic, thyme and italian seasoning. I cooked a box of veggie rotini pasta, mixed it with the sauce and put half in a baking dish, sprinkled some shredded parmesan and mozzarella, added the other half, and sprinkled it with more parmesan and mozzarella. I baked it at 350 for about 20 minutes, and we had some toasted Italian bread with it. It was delicious.
